Minor Update - 2 - New vision o'clock and New custom BG

A small update that changes the "Better Compass FULL", more precisely revising and changing the direction of the clock.

I think in its current state, it did not work as it was originally intended.

Example:
When your partner from the tank shouting at the back of the 8 o'clock! Then you will be looking back at 8 o'clock from you, which diverges from the compass, which is why this has been fixed and now the hand will always display 12 hours from the person locally, so that 8 o'clock roughly corresponds to 8 o'clock on the compass.

Also on itch.io I delete old versions of the compass, but you can always find them in the archive on "nexusmods" if needed

Adjusted the size of the font and numbers, added an inner circle to organically distinguish the dynamic numbers from the more static directions

In addition, the mod now has a new image thumbnail and a NEW background image!
